- Preparation: Arrival Time to Distribution Begins
- Distribution Begins: 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM
- Wrap-Up & Clean-Up: Done around 8:00 AM, departure by 8:30 AM

What You’ll Be Doing
- Food Line Distribution: Most volunteers will stand by an assigned pallet of food and hand items to families as cars drive by.
- Accessibility: Physical limitations or specific needs? No problem—we are happy to adjust assignments!
- Team Size: NIGP members will be joining a group of 40–50 other volunteers.
?? What to Bring & Wear
- Required: Closed-toed shoes (mandatory for safety).
- Dress Accordingly: September mornings can start out chilly—dress in layers!

--Safety Vest (We have a limited supply, but we run out quickly)
--Box Knife
--Water Bottle
Directions & Arrival Instructions
- Volunteer Entrance & Parking:
- Turn off Decker Lake Drive (just north of the apartments).
- Park along the North Fence (highlighted in yellow on the map).
- (Note: Clients will be entering off 3100 South, so please use the Decker Lake Drive entrance to keep traffic flowing).
Check-In
Head straight to the Sign-In Table when you arrive for your final instructions.
Tell the people at the sign-up table "Michael Jackson said we could volunteer" (And yes, that is his actual name—no moonwalking required, but encouraged! ??
